By using Uvexio, you agree to the following terms.
1. In-app value only
All cards obtained through Uvexio — including their rarity, appearance, and any associated Collector Score — hold value strictly within the Uvexio app. Cards have no monetary value outside of Uvexio and are not redeemable for cash, Stars, or any other currency or asset.
2. No resale, trading, or peer-to-peer transfer
Cards already in your collection cannot be sold, traded, given away, transferred, or extracted outside of the Uvexio app environment under any circumstances, whether directly or through a third party.
This does not cover Uvexio's own official "Send as Gift" feature: gifting through that feature is a new, direct purchase made through Uvexio and delivered straight into the recipient's collection. No previously-owned card ever changes hands between two users — Uvexio remains the only source of every card, gifted or not.
3. Gifting
Cards sent through "Send as Gift" are delivered to the recipient's collection immediately once payment is confirmed by Telegram. It is your responsibility to verify the recipient's name and photo shown before sending — once a payment is confirmed, the gift cannot be redirected, cancelled, or reversed.
4. Payments
Purchases are made using Telegram Stars and are subject to Telegram's own terms for Stars. All sales are final once a payment is confirmed by Telegram.
5. Supply & availability
Card supply is limited as shown in the shop. Once a card's remaining supply reaches zero, it is no longer available for purchase.
6. Changes
Uvexio may update these terms, card availability, or the service itself at any time.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is provided directly inside the Telegram Bot.
